Jersey Transit: A Cappella Ensemble

Jersey Transit draws its inspiration for the group Manhattan Transfer. This group performs without instruments, using only their voices and assorted sound effects to augment the pure interaction of complex and beautiful vocal harmonies.

Brown and Retro Expressions will charm you with a performance of your favorite American tunes from the soundtrack of your lives. For over ten years, Gold Rainbow Entertainment has produced high quality music programming throughout the Tri-state area. Featuring Cara Lynn (aka Stacey Cane) & Denise "Duchess" Williams.

Unexpected musical medleys! What does Sunrise, Sunset from “Fiddler on the Roof” have in common with the theme from “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly” or Paul Anka’s Diana with Maria from “The Sound of Music?” Find out in this concert by Paul Pugliese, a 50-year veteran guitarist.

 

Al Wright Unit Jazz Performance

Al Wright is a self-taught drummer, violist and tap dancer. He has traveled world-wide with the Sun Ra group. His wife Ruth is a vocalist with a mix of rare abilities: natural jazz phrasing, striking diction and tasteful dynamics. They will be accompanied by pianist Greg Murphy, and comedian and emcee Bob Farley.

 

 

Jazz Concert: Mike Longo Trio

Mike Longo was discovered by jazz great Dizzy Gillespie, and became his pianist and musical director for many years. After working with many established jazz musicians, Longo founded his own trio and has 19 albums of his own.
