Chelsea at Manalapan Raises $1,181 for Autism Speaks

The Chelsea assisted living residence, located at 445 S. Route 9, held a gift basket auction on October 9, 2012, that raised $770 for Autism Speaks, one of the nation's premier non-profits supporting people with autism and their families.
Manalapan Mayor Susan Cohen attended, as did many Chelsea residents, family members and people from the surrounding community.

Added to previous fundraisers, the Chelsea at Manalapan has raised a total of $1,181 for Autism Speaks this year.

Chelsea Senior Living has embarked on a company wide fundraising effort for Autism Speaks as it prepares to open a new residence in Warren, NJ, for adults with autism, developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.  Mt. Bethel Village is scheduled to open in December.
