With the holidays behind us and spring just around the corner, it's time to start thinking about how to get those home-improvement projects off the ground.

Award-winning interior designer Carrie Oesmann, ASID, presents a seminar on Thursday, January 24 at 7 p.m. to offer insight and tips into the design process. The program will be held at Library Headquarters, 125 Symmes Drive, Manalapan, 07726.

Oesmann is the owner and founder of Baliwick Designs, and will offer advice on how to create a well-designed living space based on her many years of experience in the field. Baliwick Design has offices in Mt. Olive, N.J. and Moneta, Va.
