Arisu Chef Nominated as Best Chef in America

Chef Yoshi at Arisu in Marlboro Township (Englishtown) now finds himself named one of the best chefs in America by his peers.

A new book asked more than 4,000 chefs across the country to rate their peers, in what Best Chefs in America calls "first-ever industry peer review guide [to] chefs." according to a news release.

Nominations came in over last year, and were then corroborated with 5,000 confidential telephone calls to chefs and food enthusiasts across the country.

Yoshi is among 196 New Jersey honorees, according to NJ Monthly.
