Herman's Hermits to Rock Manalapan Day 2012

Hosted by the Manalapan Arts Council, Manalapan Day has been taking place for over 35 years. Manalapan's summer kick off has live music, food vendors, entertainment, pony rides, amusement rides, shopping, raffles, business vendors and even fireworks!

Last year, and this year Herman's Hermits starring Peter Noone will be headling on the Main Stage. Herman's Hermits have played in Manalapan previously, bringing the house down at Manalapan Day in 2007.

Peter Noone is a British-born actor and singer. As the lead singer of Herman's Hermits in the sixties, Noone is known for such hits such as “I’m Into Something Good” “Mrs. Brown, you’ve Got A Lovely Daughter”, “I’m Henry VIII, I Am”, “Silhouettes”, “Can’t You Hear My Heartbeat”, “Just A Little Bit Better”, “Wonderful World”, “There’s A Kind of Hush”, “A Must To Avoid”, “Listen People”, “The End of the World” and “Dandy”, according to the band's Web site

The summer kick-off event is large, exciting and fun-filled event that attracts people from all over the area, not just from Manalapan. So, it's no wonder that many people want to be a part of this fantastic event!
