Rt. 33 Repavement and Milling Starts Tonight

The road work is scheduled to begin on April 16 and last about four days.

The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) will be milling and paving sections of Rt. 33 next week, Manalapan Township Committeeman Jordan Maskowitz said at the public meeting at Town Hall on Wednesday.

Both east and west sections of the state highway will be milled and paved during the overnight hours between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., according to Maskowitz.

The paving is scheduled to begin on April 16 and will purportedly take about four days to complete.

I think that the repaving that is being done on Gordon's Corner Road and Pease is awful. It was just done last year so why r they doing it again. it is very unsafe getting in and out of the parking lots to cvs and soveregin bank. and i'm sure that alot of tax dollars are being wasted on this.
