 rts Foundation for New Jersey's senior citizens and residents with speci
 al needs.\n\nThe non-profit Garden State Arts Foundation was established
  in 1984 by the New Jersey Highway Authority. The foundation provides fr
 ee programs for school children\, senior citizens and families at the PN
 C Bank Arts Center in Holmdel and at various outreach locations througho
 ut the state.\nThe Foundation\, endeavoring to maintain a classical/cult
 ural performance presence at the Arts Center\, also annually underwrites
  traditional musical programs free-of-charge to open to all.
