 ement Course\,&rdquo\; to help people  manage chronic conditions\, feel 
 better\, gain control\, and do the things  they want to do.The free\, 6-
 session workshop  is on consecutive Thursdays beginning Aug. 8\, 1:30-3:
 30 p.m. at  CentraState&rsquo\;s Star and Barry  Tobias Health  Awarenes
 s Center\, 901 W. Main Street\, Freehold.\nThe course&mdash\;which was d
 eveloped at Stanford  University&mdash\;is designed for people age 55 or
  older who have  chronic health conditions\, including but not limited t
 o diabetes\, high  blood pressure\, arthritis\, or persistent pain. Part
 icipants will get the  support they need to take  control of their healt
 h\, find practical ways to deal with pain and  fatigue\, discover better
  nutrition and exercise choices\, understand new  treatment choices\, an
 d learn better ways to talk with their doctor and  family about their he
