Beatles Sing-A-Long, Monmouth County Fair

1. Weather: Today will be mostly cloudy with a high temperature around 77 degrees. There is a slight chance of rain, according to the National Weather Service. Tonight will also be mostly cloudy and the low temperature dips to about 63.

2. Government: The Teen Leadership Committee is meeting in the downstairs section of the police department within the Manalapan Municipal Building on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. 

3. Library: The Monmouth County Library will be playing The Beatles’ film “Help!” on Thursday at 7 p.m. Everyone is invited to attend the screening and sing along to the Beatles’ hits! The song lyrics will be displayed on the screen. The songs include: “Help!”, “You’re Gonna Lose That Girl”, “You’ve to Hide Your Love Away”, “Ticket to Ride”, “I Need You”, “ The Night Before”, and “Another Girl”. This is open to everyone; registration is not required. 

4. Supreme Tutoring: Supreme Tutoring is offering a free trial Lego Robotics WEDO or NXT Mindstorm class at their new Marlboro Plaza location. The business will be having 2 sessions, one at 11 a.m. and one in the evening. Space is limited and registration is required. Please call 732-536-1286 for more information.

5. Monmouth County Fair: The Monmouth County Fair kicked off last night and is continuing through Sunday. The fair is taking place at East Freehold Showgrounds in Freehold. For more information on the fair, click here.
