Beginner's Yoga Class at Monmouth County Library
Here is a look at what is going on in Manalapan and Englishtown today.
1. Weather: Today will be mostly sunny with a high temperature around 22 degrees with wind chill values as low as −8, according to the National Weather Service. Tonight will be mostly cloudy with the low temperature hitting 17.
2. Yoga Class: The Monmouth County Library is holding a Yoga for Beginners class at 7 p.m. on tonight. If your New Year’s Resolution is to get fit - than this is the perfect way to start. Steven Russell, a certified teacher of Dharma Yoga will be running the program, which is only open for adults. Please be sure to bring a mat or a large towel to the class. More beginner yoga classes will take place at the library on Jan. 15, 22, and 29.
