Under the website of Regional Plan Association there is a tiny bit of information for the tri-state area at: http://www.rpa.org/article/great-future-doesn%E2%80%99t-just-happen-why-we-need-new-regional-vision They want to regionalize. " Notes 1. United Nations, Agenda 21: The United Nations Programme of Action from Rio, United Nations Publication # E.93 .1.11, June 1992. http://www.rpa.org/library/pdf/regionalplans/RPA-Plan3-A-Region-at-Risk.pdf Try to read between the lines folks, i'm sure they make some nice points, but at what expense?
