Easter Egg Hunt at Rec Center Saturday

Grab your camera and a basket because the Holiday Bunny and his eggs will be on the Recreation fields!

The Manalapan Parks and Recreation present the 2012 Holiday Egg Hunt this Saturday, March 24 at the Dreyer Tract Fields at 11 a.m. The rain day is scheduled for Saturday, March 31.

The egg hunt is open to children between the ages of 2 and 8. Parents will only be allowed on fields that are labeled "Parental Assistance" during the egg hunt.

The children will search for eggs on the following fields:

  • Ages 2 and under: Open Space behind field J (Parental Assistance)
  • Ages 3 and 4: Field "G" (there will be one hunt with Parental Assistance and one hunt without Parental Assistance)
  • Ages 5 and 6:  Field "H" (No Parental Assistance)
  • Ages 7 and 8: Field "J" (No Parental Assistance)

Since ages will be separated, if you have children in different age groups it is necessary to bring plenty of supervision. Also, baskets or bags will not be provided so please be sure to bring your own.

Special tickets will be hidden within the egg hunt and children who find this special ticket will be awarded prizes. Be sure to also bring your camera as the Holiday Bunny will be hopping around the fields!
