Englishtown Knights of Columbus Holds Lenten Food Drive
The "40 Cans for Lent" food drive will collect food for the Samaritan Center.
The Knights of Columbus Council 5903 is sponsoring a food drive for the Samaritan Center this Lent. The “40 Cans for Lent” Food Drive will be collecting canned foods for the Samaritan Center, a local food pantry, every Saturday during the Lenten season.
Cans will be collected from 9 a.m. to noon at the Knights of Columbus parking lot, located at 3 LaSatta Avenue in Englishtown.
The Samaritan Center provides food for families in need that live in Manalapan, Englishtown, Marlboro, and Millstone on a weekly basis. The Samaritan Center is located on 211 Route 522 behind the Manalapan Senior Center.
