Englishtown Rail Crossing Replacement to Cause Detours

The railroad crossings in Englishtown are going to be closed at various times in the next few weeks while Conrail replaces the rails.

Englishtown rail crossing closures:

• Station Street railroad crossing will be closed from 7 a.m. on April 16 and will reopen on April 17 at 7 p.m. 
• Mt. Vernon Road railroad crossing will be closed from 7 a.m. on April 23 and will reopen on April 24 at 7 p.m. 
• South Main Street railroad crossing will be closed from 7 a.m. on April 25 and will reopen on April 26 at 7 p.m.

The detours will be set up by Conrail and all residents and businesses affected by the closings will be notified by Conrail, as well.
