Model Matzah Bakery to Open April 1

The Chabad of Western Monmouth County will be opening their Model Matzah Bakery in the Western Monmouth area, located at 26 Wickatunk Road in Manalapan. The cover is $6. 

The bakery will be open to schools and groups from March 19 - March 30, but will officially open to the public on Sunday April 1.

At the Model Matzah Bakery all participants will enjoy a "hands on experience" and have the opportunity to to bake their own Matzah - from beginning to end!

Please note - the Matzah is not kosher for Passover and should be eaten before the holiday.

There will also be a special whole-wheat grinding demonstration so that children can see how grain is milled to make flour for Passover.
