Manalapan Township 2013 Photo Contest Winners
Twelve and under winner Kristen Rass was also the winner of the People's Choice category.
While there were many great submission for the Manalapan Photo Contest this year, there can only be four winners. The theme this year for the contest was "Making Memories".
