Jersey Cares Coat Drive

The Jersey Cares Coat Drive is in its 16th year, and Manalapan Township is participating this year. The goal is to donate thousands of coats to at-risk men, women, and children throughout New Jersey.

Please drop off any gently used coats you may have - that are only taking up room in your closet - at the . Coats are being collected up to Dec. 1. The container to collect the coats is placed in front of the Administration Office of the municipal building. 

Little Sistahs in the Know, Inc. is a non-profit organization that brings books to African-American girls about African-American girls in an effort to improve self-esteem and promote a great self-image. 

This year, Manalapan Township is participating in the Little Sistahs in the Know annual toy and food drive. All food will be donated to the elderly and disadvantaged families. All toys will be given to the Division of Family Services. Food will be collected until Nov. 18 and toys will be collected until Dec. 16

A container to drop off the food and toys will be placed in front of the Administration Office of the .

Toys will be collected this year for the children of deployed military personnel in the Little Soldiers Toy Drive, which Manalapan Township is participating in this year. 

Currently, stars are displayed at the . Residents are asked and encouraged to pick a star or two and return a gift to the Manalapan Township Administration Department at the municipal building by Dec. 9.
