Cookie Monster and Ace: 2 Kittens for Adoption

It is officially "kitten season", when animal shelters become bombarded with kittens because cats typically give birth to kittens this time of year and their litters have reached about 8 weeks old - the age at which they are able to be adopted out.

Right now, Cuddly Creatures Inc. Animal Rescue and Adoptions is inundated with kittens, according to President Alaina Yacuzzio. Since their rescue is "no kill", there is currently a wait list to take in more kittens as they move the kittens they have into loving forever homes.

This week Patch Pets is dedicated to kittens! Here are two adorable kittens that are currently up for adoption:

Cookie Monster is a 8-9 week old kitten, who was recently taken in from an overcrowded shelter. He was sitting looking depressed in a cage all by himself, and was so happy when we came over to pet him! We just couldn't leave this poor baby there to meet an uncertain fate!

Cookie Monster is now residing in one of our local foster homes with another kitten, 2 adult cats, a dog, and a 10 yr. old child. He is very playful, loves kitty treats, and is very social and friendly. He is all Purrrrr whenever you pick him up or pet him!  You can see more pics of Cookie Monster at www.cuddlycreaturesinc.com

Cookie Monster is FIV/FeLV Negative, up-to-date with the appropriate medical for his age, and is frontlined. His adoption fee is $90 which is a tax deductible donation, as we are 501(C)(3). He is also eligible for the NJ, $20 low-cost Neuter Program when he is of age to be altered, which is at 6 months old, for those who adopt from us and are NJ residents. Ace is a super friendly and adorable 11-12 week old kitty who was dumped at an overcrowded shelter to meet an uncertain fate. We fell in love with him, and couldn't help taking him home with us! He is now residing in one of our local foster homes with his sister Star, and also 3 other adult cats.

He is very social, playful, and lovesssss to be petted and held! Ace has also been around dogs who visit his foster home, and has been fine with them as well! See more pics and a video of Ace at www.cuddlycreaturesinc.com  

Ace is neutered, FIV/FeLV Negative, up-to-date with the appropriate medical for his age, and is frontlined. His adoption fee is $105 which is a tax deductible donation, as we are 501(C)(3). Ace and Star DO NOT have to be adopted together. But we will give a discount on a combined adoption fee for an approved adopter who is willing to take him and his sister, Star as a pair.
