PC Richard & Son Opens in Epicentre with Veterans Day Sales

The vacant area where Value City Department store sat is finally being utilized again - well part of it is. PC Richard & Son held their grand opening on Veterans Day and is celebrating the event with a sale.

This is the seventeenth store that has opened in New Jersey. PC Richard & Son sells electronics, refrigerators, cameras, camcorders, vacuums, televisions, video games, portable phones, microwaves, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, appliances, computers, laptops, and GPS devices. 

The building in question is owned by Manalapan Realty/Steiner Equities - the owner of the Epicentre. They submitted an application for an amended site plan approval to divide the Value City Building into three areas to the Planning Board last year. The Planning Board approved this site plan and so far PC Richard & Son is the only business that has leased one section of the building.

The new PC Richard & Son in Manalapan is located at 55 Rt. 9 South.

The hours of operation are:

Mon-Fri 10 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Sat 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Sun 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
