Turning Point to Host Fundraiser for LADACIN Network

This weekend Turning Point Restaurant, located at the Epicentre Shopping Center on Rt. 9 South in Manalapan, is hosting a fundraiser this weekend to support the LADACIN Network, a non-profit organization which aids people with cerebral palsy and other phsyical disabilities.

On Saturday, Jan. 28 and Sunday, Jan. 29 Turning Point will donate valuable coupons for the restaurant in return for $20 donations from patrons; all proceeds will go to the LADACIN Network.

This will be the sixth annual "Eat, Drink and Be Caring...Serving the Mission of LADACIN Network". Over $37,000 has been raised for the organization over the past five years.

The LADACIN Network, originally known as Cerebral Palsy of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, consists of 11 facilities which help 2,600 infants, children, and adults with cerebral palsy and other developmental and physical disabilities within Monmouth and Ocean County. Lifetime assistance is provided to these individuals. 

Turning Point Managers visit the schools and Technical Education Centers of LADACIN in order to learn about the organization and what they do. Owner Kirk Ruoff and Turning Point staff members work to promote the event and raise awareness for the non-profit, all of which leads to the success of the annual fundraiser.

Other Turning Point Restaurants participating in the event include: Holmdel, Little Silver, Long Branch and Brick.
