SEEKING FOOD MERCHANTS FOR DONATIONS FOR LOCAL FUNDRAISER!

I'm a consultant for lia sophia Jewelry...we do direct sales & home parties.  My primary motivation now is focusing on Fundraisers as I derive so much pleasure and self-satisfaction from "giving back".  Lia sophia partners with "Dress for Success" by donating proceeds to their organization to empower women seeking to return to the workforce by providing them with clothes and jewelry accessories for their interviews & first weeks on the new job.
However, my lia sophia personal company, Rose Fashion endeavors to organize fundraisers on a local level, helping my community and region.  I'm based in Manalapan, NJ and recently participated in a large fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald House in Long Branch.  We had a multi-vendor event at Bella Vista Country Club where Vendors paid for their tables.
I have personally organized a multi-vendor fundraiser event for August 20 @ the Gordons Corner Fire Co. In Manalapan.  They are a volunteer fire co. and with my partner being a firefighter with them, I see, firsthand, the dedication and sacrifice of these volunteers in their daily work, as well as their efforts, time and energy devoted to providing events for the community.   This event will include over a dozen vendors for the guests to browse and purchase items ranging from candles & cookware to jewelry & clothing.
I'm a very small business woman (member of NJAWBO, NAPW & featured in WHO'S WHO).  I've recruited my vendors who will donate back 10% of their proceeds and orders to Gordons Corner the night of the event.  They bring their own tables and the event is Free to them and the public. 
President of NJAWBO Jackie Berman (also works on "Tommy G" Radio Show), is advertising the event on radio.  I have sent a press release to The Asbury Park Press, The Transcript & The Manalapan Patch and the event is posted to all social media.                                   We would be very grateful to any local merchants in the food industry who would be interesting in donating refreshments for this event, i.e., beverages, bottled water, cupcakes, muffins, cookies, etc. (dessert-type finger-foods).  We will be happy to put your signage (in any manner of your choice @ the event).  Thank you in advance for your generous consideration to donate.
