Community Update

Car Owner BEWARE! To start off this is probably my first negative online review for any business. This is the perfect place it you want your car to take a beating. I took my Jaguar in for a wash and the car wash ripped one of my grill panels. As soon as I pulled out of the car wash I went over to the vacuum to wipe down and vacuum my car. I immediately saw the missing grill panel and went back to the front to inform them to look for the missing part. He came back empty handed and said “nope, couldn’t find it”, like it was no big deal. To me it is a big deal. As I was driving home I thought that was unacceptable and I called the ask him to look again. (it couldn’t have just disappeared) . He gave the BS crap that he’ll keep looking but he didn’t think he would find it (“buddy”). I believe he found it or part of it and wouldn’t fess up to it because that would prove that the carwash was responsible for the damage. And to think, I was going to sign-up for their Unlimited Monthly Plan.
