What is the FRHSD afraid of?

  Why is the FRHSD leadership so afraid of Ms. Close winning this election? The superintendent, Charles Sampson promised the public that he would do everything in his power to finally rid this district of everything connected with the former Wasser regime yet he is aligning himself with the worst example of bully politics from Marlboro, the former FRHSD board member who bragged about supporting the wannabe Dr. Wasser with his bogus doctorate degree. At the last FRHSD meeting, Mr. Sampson gave a presentation about the rates of bullying in the district, yet he knows damned well that that former board member and her husband, publicly threatened Ms. Close at a meeting at the home of the current Manalapan rep, Ms. Sutera, that if she dares to run against Ms. Sutera, they will destroy her the way they did Mr. Hochberg in Marlboro. Mr. Sampson also retained the law firm of Schwartz, Edelstein, etc. to prosecute Manalapan High School Principal Jeff Simon, on tenure charges in a prolonged case of diminishing returns, except for the coffers of that law firm. It is estimated that the  legal bills are way up in the hundreds of thousands of dollars with no end in sight. This is the same law firm which advised the Wasser board that everything he did was legal and when it wasn’t, they still made a bucketful of money at the taxpayers expense. Ms. Close has not made any statement regarding the case as it stands. Why are they so afraid of her being elected? What do they not want her to find? The current Marlboro rep is in a panic mode. This is the same person who wanted to bring liquor into a school hosting an alumni reunion and euthanize the birds soiling the athletic fields of one of the schools. He is accusing Ms. Close of wanting to shut down all after school programs and fire the Superintendent. When did she ever say that? If Mr. Simon is able to win his case against the district, shouldn’t everyone be skeptical about Mr. Sampson’s judgement as a leader and hold him accountable for the enormous amount of money squandered in pursuing this case the way he did, to say nothing about the inevitable law suit against the board? All this on the advice of the Schwartz, Edelstein, etc. law firm which, by the way, is buddy buddy with the same former FRHSD member. What is it that they don’t want Ms. Close to find? Only her election to the board will allow us to start peeling the skin off this smelly onion of deceit.
