There is a 20 percent chance of rain before 9 a.m. Otherwise, the day will be cloudy and gradually clear throughout the day. Tonight, the sky will be clear and the low temperature will drop to about 30.

4. ‘Business After Sandy’ Resource Forum: The Northern Monmouth Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a forum today for all businesses in Monmouth County that were affected by Hurricane Sandy. The forum will share information about the programs and tools available from the State and County. Registration begins at 8 a.m. and the forum will begin at 8:30 a.m. The forum is taking place at the Middletown Public Library, located at 55 New Monmouth Road in Middletown. 5. Pain Support Group: A Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, and Chronic Pain Support Group is being held at the CentraState Health and Awareness Building in Freehold today at 11 a.m. This program is free.
