3. Math SAT Tips: Mathematics professor Michael Carlin will be tutoring students in preparation for the SAT and PSAT tests. Students will learn some general techniques for help on the math portion of the standardized test. The tutoring session today will begin at 3 p.m. at the Monmouth County Library.

5. Deans List: Two Manalapan residents, Joseph Carlucci and Joshua Steinman, have made Dean’s List at Muhlenberg College for the fall 2012 semester. Carlucci graduated from St. John Vianney High School and Steinman graduated Manalapan High School.
