4. Teens Help Sandy Victims: The Monmouth County Library Teen Advisory Board is sponsoring an event where items are being collected for those affected by Hurricane Sandy. They will be collecting cereal, dog and cat food, baby diapers, and new packages of socks tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the Monmouth County Library. The collected items will be brought to the distribution center at Thomas Park in Lincroft.
 

5. Manalapan Soccer Club: The Manalapan Soccer Club is currently accepting nominations for the 2013 Board of Directors. The positions are: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, Boys Rec VP, Girls Rec VP, Travel Program VP (Full Sided teams), Travel Program VP (Small Sided teams), Publicity Chairperson, Referees Chairperson, Purchasing Chairperson, Fundraising Chairperson, Training Chairperson, Groundskeeper, and Volunteer Coordinator.
