3. FRHSD BOE: The Freehold Regional High School District Board of Education is meeting tonight at Howell High School at 8 p.m.

 

 

4. T’ai Chi Chih: Burn off those Thanksgiving calories by hitting the Monmouth County Library at 7 p.m. for T’ai Chi Chih. This meditative form of exercises will be taught by instructor Dan Pienciak and the class lasts an hour and a half.

 

 

5. Bone Marrow Donor Swab Drive: Retro Fitness locations are hosting a “Give Me Your Spit” Bone Marrow Donor Swab Drive for Shira Klein, who has Hodgkins’ Lymphoma. There is a Retro Fitness in Marlboro at 300 H Campus Drive, one in Freehold at 300 Business Park Drive, and one in Howell at 4073 Route 9 and Aldrich Road. So head on out to donate today!
