Children Invited to Learn Leadership With ‘The Social Scene’

CentraState Healthcare System is offering children a four-week long program to learn leadership skills.

CentraState Healthcare System is offering The Social Scene, a youth leadership program for children between the ages of 11 and 14. The four-week series will meet every Thursday evening beginning on Oct. 4. The class will run from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at CentraState’s Student Health Awareness Center, in The Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus.

During the four-week series children will learn the qualities it takes to be a leader, including conflict resolution and dealing with peer pressure.
