1. Summer for a day: Break out your bathing suit and flip-flops, today expects to be the warmest day of the year so far. The National Weather Service is calling for a mostly sunny day with a high of 77 degrees. The wind, however, will be a tad strong coming in from the south between 13 and 20 miles per hour. Tonight, expect a 60 percent chance of rain, and possible thunderstorm beginning after 2 a.m.; the low tonight will be 58 degrees.
