1. Hazardous Weather Outlook: There is a chance of rain showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m. today, according to the National Weather Service, which has issued a hazardous weather outlook for this afternoon and into the evening. The storms may have heavy rain, hail, periodic lightning, and strong winds; chance of precipitation is 50 percent. Otherwise, the day will be sunny with a high around 93. Tonight, there will be a 20 percent chance of showers and storms before 10 p.m. Low near 70.

 


2. Government:
