2. The RLA Ribbon Cutting at the High School: A ribbon cutting ceremony for the Regional Learning Academy for the 2011-2012 high school year will take place tonight at 6 p.m. in the auditorium of . “The RLA is an innovative, therapeutic program that will serve the emotional, social, and academic needs of students residing in the FRHSD sending districts,” a press release issued by the FRHSD Office of Student Services said. Guest speakers tonight include district superintendent Charles Sampson, Manalapan Township Mayor Andrew Lucas, and keynote speaker Lee Rubin.
