5. : Today is the first day you can upload photos of your home decked out in holiday lights to Patch in order to participate in our national contest. Each Patch site will award a local winner to represent their Patch community in the national contest. Twenty-four finalists will win up to $500 to be put towards their electric bill and the grand-prize winner will receive $100,000 towards their local public school district.
