1. Early Fog, Possible Rain Late: The National Weather Service is calling for bouts of early morning fog, probably before 11 a.m. The rest of the day will be mostly cloudy with a high temperature nearing 71 degrees. Tonight, the temps drop to about 49 and there is a 20 percent chance of rain.
