2. Air Quality Alert: The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has issued a Code Orange Air Quality Alert for today throughout Monmouth County. This means that the air pollution concentrations within the county may be harmful for certain reactive individuals, including: senior citizens, children, asthma sufferers, and those suffering from heart disease or lung diseases.
