2. What’s Closed Today?: I hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving! But, don’t expect everything to resume as usual because the holiday has come to an end...

  • All schools in the MERS district and remain closed.
  • Postal service and garbage collection resume today.

3. Family Film Double Feature Day:  Grab the kids and head to the today to watch free movies that the whole family can enjoy! and , both released in 2011 and rated G, will be showing today:

Showtimes:

  • Winnie the Pooh Movie (63 minutes) shows at 10 a.m. 
  • Cars 2 (113 minutes) shows at noon.

5. Burn Some Calories: Lace up your running sneakers and head to E. Main St. in Freehold at 11 a.m. to participate in the Freehold Area Running Club’s 27th Annual . Registration begins at 9 a.m. and costs $30. Refreshments and a T-shirt will be provided. the running course loops through Topanemus Park.
