1. Chance of Showers: Today is going to look like another dreary day. According to the National Weather Service, today will be mostly cloudy with a high around 72 and a 40 percent chance of rain after 1 p.m. Tonight will be cloudy with a low near 61 and a 60 percent chance of rain.

2. Government:

  • Manalapan Senior Citizen Advisory Committee meets tonight at 9:30 a.m. in the courtroom of the

  • Girls Varsity Tennis vs. Freehold Township High School vs. 3:45 p.m.

  • Girls Varsity, JV, and Freshmen Soccer games vs. Howell High School, originally scheduled for today, have been rescheduled to Oct. 14.

 

 

4. Open Houses: All eighth graders and their parents are invited to an information session and open house about the The open houses will be at Colts Neck High School at 7 p.m.  

 

 

5. Fire Prevention Week: As part of Fire Prevention Week, Manalapan Fire Co. #1 went to the Learning Experience to share talk to the children about fire safety and give them a tour of the fire truck. Take a look at some photos from the event here.
