2. The Manalapan Girls Varsity Basketball team will look to break out of its losing streak against Jackson Memorial High School at 5:30 p.m. at Manalapan.
3. The Manalapan Township Planning Board will meet at 8 p.m. to discuss regular business at the Manalapan Municipal Building.

4. Know of any historic buildings in Manalapan or Englishtown that you think are worthy of recognition? The Monmouth County Historical Commission is accepting nominations for its annual preservation awards program. Any structure, including office buildings, houses of worship, public buildings and homes, that is over 50 years old, has historic value, and has undergone preservation work in 2010 is eligible for the award.
