Manalapan May Get 3-5 Inches of Snow Wednesday Night

Don't let today's sunshine fool you, winter is definitely still here.

The National Weather Service (NWS) is predicting that the next few days in Manalapan and Englishtown will be messy ones with a combination of high winds, snow and rain headed our way.

Multiple warnings have been issued for Manalapan and Englishtown, including a high wind watch and hazardous weather outlook.

The NWS is predicting that rain will begin in our area around 5 a.m. Wednesday morning and will continue through Thursday night or Friday morning.

The forecast shows that depending on the temperature, our area will begin to see some precipitation before 11 a.m. on Wednesday.

As Wednesday continues, the chance of precipitation continues with wind coming in at 26 mph with gusts of 36 mph.

Wednesday night does not look like it will provide any relief, as the forecast calls three to five inches of snow as well as wind coming in near 28 mph.  

At this time, strong winds and perception is expected to continue into Thursday night.
