Lucy & Bright Eyes: Two Kitties Looking for Forever Homes

Lucy is an OVERLY friendly and playful, medium-haired, 7 month old, kitty girl, who we recently pulled from a local high-kill shelter to save her from euthanasia. Lucy is now residing in one of our local foster homes with other cats, and has been around dogs of various sizes as well.

This girl has no fear, and will walk up to anybody or anything! She gets along with all of the other animals, and is a very affectionate and playful cat. Lucy loves to play with toys, is great with being held and with all body handling.  Lucy is FIV/Felv Negative, up-to-date with her vaccines, is micro chipped, and spayed.

Bright Eyes is a 7-8 month old, kitty girl who has been residing in the back room of a local Vet's office for almost her entire life, after a passer by rescued her from a busy highway. Bright Eyes was just a kitten, when she almost ended up in kitty heaven after running across highway 34, which is an EXTREMELY busy highway.

A passer by saw her when the kitten was halfway across the road, and stopped traffic to chase her down. The girl was able to catch her, and then brought her to a local Vet's office to get help for her. The Vet took pity on the kitten, and didn't want to turn her over to Animal Control where she would meet an uncertain fate. So the Vet treated Bright Eyes at his office, and has been boarding her there ever since!

This poor girl has only known life in a cage since she was rescued, and it would be really nice to find her a home, so she can experience life as someone's beloved pet!
