Republicans Maintain Control of Manalapan Township Committee

Republicans Jordan Maskowitz, Jack McNaboe, and Mary Ann Musich have won the election, according to the Monmouth County Clerk.

Manalapan residents have cast their vote and the Republicans will continue to head the Township Committee with incumbents Jack McNaboe and Jordan Maskowitz winning the vote along side newcomer Mary Ann Musich, according to the unofficial results released by Monmouth County Clerk M. Clare French.

The committee had three seats to fill, two full terms and a single one year term. Republicans Maskowitz and Musich were running for the three-year term and were being challenged by Democrats Ryan Urgo and Ayesha Chaudhary.

Republican incumbent McNaboe ran for a one year term. McNaboe filled Don Holland’s seat, left vacant when he resigned from the Committee in early March. Holland’s term was set to expire in December 2014. McNaboe was challenged by Democratic candidate David Goldstein.
