13th Annual Golf Outing to Benefit Manalapan High School Football

I am a member of the “Football Parents Touchdown Club for Manalapan High School” and we are
looking for sponsors to assist us in our fundraising efforts.

We are a Non-Profit 501(C) organization. 

The Touchdown Club raises money for things that the football
team needs but is not supplied by the school district or may not be available
to the team due to budget cuts and restrictions. The club has been
instrumental in providing specialized
training equipment such as state of the art filming equipment that allows the coaches to better
assess player development, a mechanism to compile video resumes so that the
boys who are looking to play at a higher level can submit highlights to prospective
colleges. We purchase and add new equipment to the weight room, provide food
and drinks during our summer double sessions, pay for football challenges,
acknowledge the boys accomplishments with trophies and awards during a year end
banquet and give away thousands of dollars in scholarships each year to our
graduating senior football players.

We are holding our 13th annual Golf Outing on Wednesday July
9, 2014 at the Bella Vista Country Club in Marlboro, NJ to help raise funds for
our team. This is our largest fundraising event open to all who would like to
participate. There are many opportunities open to businesses such as yourself
and we would be honored if you choose to participate in this event. We are
proud to say that our sponsor list grows each year and strengthen with the support from our many local
small businesses and corporate sponsors just like you. With the high cost of
advertising today, we offer an alternative to get your business name out there at a reasonable cost while being a proud supporter of the Manalapan High School football team.

Please take a moment to review our golf brochure and determine
what option is best for you. We would love to have you; your co-workers,
friends and family join us for a
fun filled day of playing golf. Should you be unable to attend or provide any
financial support, we would ask
that you please consider donating any items that could be auctioned and/or
raffled as prizes to our participants at this annual event.
