The antidote to stress is relaxation;
the act of lying down and being still. Using props to support the body, your
nervous system begins to relax and deep seated tension starts to melt away.

The use of essential oils for
aromatherapy and gentle hands-on allows for deeper relaxation. The relaxation response brings you into balance: deepening your breathing, reducing stress hormones, slowing your
heart rate, relaxing your muscles, and relieving fatigue, anxiety and insomnia.Poses will be held for

approximately 8 – 10 minutes each. We will include pranayama and deep

relaxation techniques to restore the mind and body.  Please bring a bolster or 2 small blankets.
