Woman's Self Defense & Rape Prevention Seminars

The Woman's Self Defense & Rape Prevention Seminar is a program of realistic, self-defense tactics and techniques. It is a comprehensive course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training.

Investment: $15 for members and non-members

Please register so we will know how many people to have refreshments for. Also so we can contact you in case of inclement weather and/or road conditions.

Wear comfortable clothing!! We will be doing actual self-defense.

This is a class every woman should take. Please bring along daughters, mothers, grandma, neighbors and friends.
