Manalapan HS Senior Named Semi-Finalist in Siemens Competition
Steven Xu was one of 351 semi-finalists in the Siemens Competition for Math, Science, and Technology.
Manalapan High School senior Steven Xu was named a semi-finalist in the 2013-2014 Siemens Competition for Math, Science, and Technology, according to the Freehold Regional High School District website.
The Siemens Competition for Math, Science, and Technology is the country's leading research competition for high school students. A record 2,440 students registered for this year’s competition which showcased students growing interest in the fields of math, science, and technology and Xu was one of 351 semi-finalists.
