Manalapan Obituary: Ralph Ascolese, Jr., 58

Ralph A. Ascolese, Jr., 58, of Manalapan, passed away, Sunday, February 24, 2013, at home.  Born in Newark, he resided in Sayreville, Cliffwood Beach and Old Bridge, moving to Manalapan 30 years ago.  He worked as a technician with Verizon, Jersey City, for 33 years, retiring in 2003.  He was a member of the Pioneers Club with Verizon; and he was a Dallas Cowboy fan.

Ralph was predeceased by his father, Ralph A. Ascolese, Sr.  He is survived by his mother, Norma Montefusco Ascolese of Hazlet; his beloved companion of 12 years, Sandy Perez of Manalapan; and a brother, Anthony Ascolese of Hazlet.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
