Manalapan Obituary: Timothy Traegler, 62

Timothy Traegler, 62, of Manalapan, died on Friday, Jan. 24 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Born in Rockaway Beach, he has resided in Manalapan since 1985. He was a communicant of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Manalapan. Traegler was a general foreman for Keyspan in Brooklyn before retiring in 2001.

He was predeceased by his wife, Diane, in 2001. He is survived by his five children, Tara, Dawn, Teresa, Timothy and Daniel Traegler; his brother, Thomas; and granddaughter, Kailey Siagkris.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Monday, Jan. 27, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Tuesday, Jan. 28, at 10 a.m., at St. Thomas More Church, Manalapan. Interment will follow at Old Tennent Cemetery, Manalapan.
