Manalapan Resident Nicholas C. Rescigno Dies at 51

Nicholas C. Rescigno, 51, of Manalapan, died Friday, February 21, 2014, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold. Born and raised in Brooklyn, he lived in Staten Island before moving to Manalapan 13 years ago. He was a systems analyst for Metropolitan Life, Somerset.

Nick was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Angelina Rescigno. He is survived by his loving wife, Maria; his daughter, Alissa; and two sisters, Antoinette Junjulas and Maria Serpe.

Family and friends are invited to visit today, from 2 to 6 p.m., at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday at 10 a.m., at St. Thomas More Church, Manalapan. Interment will follow at Old Tennent Cemetery, Manalapan.
