Congressman Smith Betrayed the Vets by Voting YES on the Ryan Budget
The Ryan Budget is not good for veterans. It decreases funding for government services that many veterans depend on to live. Such programs are often criticized by judging the recipients of aid as lazy moochers. Our veterans certainly do not fall into that category. Among other things, the Ryan Budget targets $732 billion in cuts to Medicaid, and makes Medicare into a block grant for the states to determine how they want to use it. This is not good for veterans’ health care. The Ryan budget also impact Veterans jobs and more .... http://blogs.rj.org/rac/2014/04/10/paul-ryans-budget-hurts-veterans/ Congressman Smith Voted for the Ryan Budget. SMITH BETRAYED OUR VETERANS. Smith is up for re-election in November. VOTE IN NOVEMBER.
