OVER 65 AND BEING A ROAD HAZZARD!

ON  3/15/14 a 90 year old man Jack Katz hit me in my drivers door totaling my car? His ins is ALL STATE SAID MY CAR WAS A LOSS AND PAID ME THERE PHONEY BOOK VALUE OF 2500 BUCKS. They gave me a list of cars that were selling for that amount the first ten did not exist only on paper. How do you come up with a number when these compareables  are not real! All ins companys should make all over 65 take driving test when renewing there lic a law ! If not for all states greed for money this man was driving when he should have been in the passengers seat! I am nor a rich man i do not have any extra money for a compareable car ! To replace mine would cost a min of 7 grand I shopped and could not find anything for that amount. I DO NOT WANT YOUR BLOOD MONEY ALL STATE I JUST WANT MY CAR. I FOUND A HOLE IN MY SHOE SHOULD I BUY A PAIR OF SHOES OR BUY A CAR. MAKE ALL OVER 65 TAKE A DRIVERS TEST !!!! I DID NOTHING WRONG HE GOT A TICKET FOR ? I would love to tell judge Newman what he did! He would do the right thing for he knows what is right and wrong. I WANT MY CAR BACK !!!! I bet Mr Katz is driving a new car?
