3 High School Students Reportedly Charged with Drug Possession

Names are not released because the arrested are juveniles.

On Sept. 20, The Manalapan Police Department was called to at the insistence of school officials, a blotter issued by Capt. Christopher Marsala reported. Patrolman Kevin McIntosh was the arresting officer. The investigation was requested at approximately 8 a.m.

Two 17 year-old male students were charged with possession of marijuana under the amount of 50 grams and charged with possession of drug paraphenalia, according to a blotter issued by the police department. A 16 year-old female student was charged with possession of marijuana as well as possession of Xanax without a prescription, according to the blotter.

The juveniles were arrested, processed, and released to their parents, the blotter said.
